How do we trust that?

How do we trust others enough to invite them into what might feel like an embarrassing mess?

Rumi said “the wound is the place where the Light enters you.”

In no way would I ever belittle or trivialize the pain you experience. At the same time, my conviction, my approach as a coach, is to trust and follow your own experience, especially when it involves great difficulties, because these are the places that most reveal your gifts, your values, and your purpose.
