Coaching

alleviating suffering / amplifying joy

I became curious about somatic work years ago, when it became clear that mental awareness, however clear, wasn't enough for me to move through my trauma.

It was somehow lodged in my body, in my nervous system, and I was tremendously excited about the increasing dialogue in our culture about somatic work.

For years I stayed open, waiting for the right fit, the method that would resonate.

A friend told me about David Bedrick, a longtime student of Arnold Mindell, and I quickly fell in love with his method of process work. I completed his intensive, 10-month facilitation training last year.

I love working in this lineage, because it follows the client's own inner knowing as it unfolds. It doesn't add anything, take anything away, or force anything to happen. It does, invariably, reveal the medicine within you.
